Dear Customer,

This alert is being sent to notify you of network upgrades that will affect gameserver and voiceserver services located in our Amsterdam, Netherlands facility.

GameServers.com is moving our Amsterdam datacenter location to an upgraded datacenter facility with upgraded hardware and superior performance. The move is scheduled to occur prior to December 1, 2008. We will follow up with a more accurate timeframe prior to the start of migration.

Voice Servers will maintain the same server configuration, port and domain name, but the domain will be updated to point to a new ip address.

Game server files will be migrated to the new location. The one thing that can not be preserved as we are upgrading the network is the subscription's IP address. During the migration process, we will assign a new ip address to your subscription for your game server and we will provide the new IP addresses in a follow up e-mail.
